1.3 Booking and cancellation

Bookings for services can be made via our website, by phone, or by email. Cancellations or changes to a booking should preferably be made at least 48 hours prior to the agreed time. If cancellation occurs later, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

1.4 Prices and payment 

 Our prices are listed on the website and may vary depending on the service and scope of work. All prices are stated inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. Payment should be made according to the method agreed upon at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 20 days after the work has been completed.

1.5 Liability and insurance 

Flyttkalle AB holds liability insurance according to current regulations. We cover damages that occur during the move and are caused by our staff. The customer is responsible for ensuring that valuable items, such as jewelry and cash, are handled safely and are not included in the items being moved.

1.6 Disputes

If a dispute arises between Flyttkalle AB and the customer, it should first be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a general court.
